Resale Instead of Retail

Kids' Pages Family Magazine | October 18th, 2003

In the 80s, I spent weekends at the mall feeding my closet. Then came the diapers of the 90s and a discovery that I could no longer feed my closet AND my kids. I began stretching the dollars, counting the nickels, cutting the coupons and searching for every possible way to provide for my family without giving up the finer things in life. It took about six months and then I found the wonderful world of resale and consignment shops.
